Updated: 16 August 2026
Data controller
The data controller is ECE LOGISTIC Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Lotników 12, 65-138 Zielona Góra, Poland, operating under the EUROCOMMERCE brand. For data-protection matters, contact daneosobowe@ecelogistics.pl.
Contact form
We process the contact details, company name, selected service scope and message content that you provide. We use them solely to answer the enquiry, prepare an offer and conduct related follow-up. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to receive a response.
Legal basis and retention
Contact-form data is processed on the basis of the consent given before submission. Enquiry data is retained for up to six months unless longer retention is required by ongoing negotiations, a contract or a legal obligation.
Security and recipients
Data may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, traffic protection, form delivery and e-mail — only to the extent required to provide those services. We do not sell data. Data is disclosed to public authorities only where required by law.
Cookies and browser storage
The website stores your analytics preference and may remember a selected service while you move to the enquiry form. This information supports website settings and is not used for profiling.
Analytics — with consent only
After you consent, the website may enable Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft UET. These tools help measure visits, website usage and form performance. Analytics scripts do not run before consent. Google advertising personalisation is not enabled.
Withdrawing consent
You may change your decision at any time using the “Cookie settings” button displayed on the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, withdraw consent and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
