What is the legal base for processing your data?

-consent to contact in order to send a commercial offer in response to an inquiry sent by the website - 6 months from the moment of sending the inquiry, it covers not only the quote itself, but also related further negotiations and waiting for a decision.

- consent to contact for marketing purposes - 2 years from the last contact with the person sending the inquiry.

Is the provision of data voluntary?

Yes, providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to download a price list or receive a EUROCOMMERCE commercial offer. You can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to its withdrawal.
